Health advocates can help you understand a diagnosis, schedule appointments, decode confusing medical terms, resolve claim issues and help you find the best health care options.

Get EAP and mental health support

We offer eight counseling sessions to you and your eligible dependents through the Employee Assistance Plan at no cost to you. Learn more about mental health benefits here.

Programs and Discounts

• BCBSTX discount programs are available through TruHearing under Blue365. Contact your health advocate at 1-800-343-4709 to get more information.   
• Employees and their dependents that are enrolled in Vision (VSP) have free access to discount programs as well.
• The Medical Plan covers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism spectrum disorder. Please contact your health advocate for assistance.
