Preventative care investments for employees and their families include:

  • Expanded dental coverage
    We will cover up to three dental exams per calendar year, including cleaning and prophylaxis treatment. 
  • Expanded coverage for common diagnostic tests
    Dianostic mammograms and colonoscopies, which often result in unexpected out-of-pocket costs, will be 100% covered after the deductible is met. Preventative mammograms and colonoscopies will continue to be 100% covered with in-network providers.
  • Premiums for all benefit plans remain unchanged for 20241
    For the second year in a row, there will be no changes to benefit plan premiums. In the High Deductible Health Plan medical option, annual deductibles will increase slightly to meet the IRS deductible requirements.

1Medical costs in this guide reflect earning all health incentives available through the U.S. Health Improvement Incentive Program (HIIP). The total incentive amount is $1,050 for 2024. See monthly employee costs and incentive payroll credits on page 6.

    •  Complete your tobacco attestation.
    • Consider an increase to your HSA contribution to take advantage of the higher IRS tax limits.
    • You will be required to confirm your personal information and beneficiaries.
    • Evaluate your life and disability insurance needs and consider supplemental coverage, if appropriate.
    • Review, print and save your benefits summary after you complete your enrollment.
