Matching gift and volunteer grant applications are only accepted online. The online system provides an efficient way of submitting and tracking gifts throughout the year.

    ConocoPhillips firmly believes in striving to improve the well-being of the communities in which our employees live and work. To that end, we provide programs that encourage and support employee involvement in local nonprofit organizations. 
     

    Our employee giving programs provide employees and retirees more opportunities to give back to their communities.

  • Matching Gifts – Employee contributions to eligible 501(c)(3) organizations are matched dollar-for-dollar, up to $15,000, and retiree gifts dollar-for-dollar, up to $7,500 annually.
  • Volunteer Grants "Dollars for Hours" – ConocoPhillips will donate $500 for every 20 hours an employee or retiree volunteers with an eligible 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Additionally, teams of four or more employees or retirees may apply for a team grant of $1,000 to an eligible organization.
  • Dependent Scholarships – Dependent Scholarship awards are $4,000 per year, for a total of $16,000 over four years.
