Employees hired on Jan. 1, 2003, and before Jan. 1, 2019, were automatically enrolled in the ConocoPhillips Cash Balance Account. This plan was closed to hires and rehires effective Jan. 1, 2019.
Employees who worked for ConocoPhillips prior to Jan. 1, 2003 or a company acquired by ConocoPhillips may have participated in one of the below heritage retirement plans, depending on when you joined the company.
Employees who joined ConocoPhillips after Dec. 31, 2018, are automatically enrolled in the ConocoPhillips Company Retirement Contribution (CRC).
