  • Using MDLIVE can help you save time and money on medical care for short-term medical issues such as allergies, colds, flu, ear infections and sinus problems. You can speak to a doctor in minutes via phone or video. MDLIVE does not require medical records prior to a consultation. This service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week when you need immediate care, and it’s never more than $40. If you haven’t signed up already, click here to do so now.
  • Licensed psychiatrists are available through a video chat service. If you need medication to deal with depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions, it’s recommended that you work with a psychiatrist. Network psychiatrists are covered under the company's medical plan and visits with them are treated the same as visiting a network doctor. In order to request a video chat appointment with a psychiatrist, contact Beacon Health at 866-241-4080 or Dave Nix. As a reminder, this service is confidential. Also, if you need help with family, personal issues, mild depress or anxiety, EAP offers counseling sessions at no cost. These sessions also offer a video chat option if you can’t do an in-person appointment.
