Change your benefits within 30 daysAfter your divorce or dissolution of your domestic partnership is finalized, you must drop your former spouse/domestic partner and/or former stepchildren within 30 days. They are no longer eligible for coverage and will receive notification of the option to continue coverage through COBRA. Change your benefits on My Benefits. Note: You will be asked to provide a divorce decree or Affidavit of Termination or Domestic Partnership. |

Review your Health Savings AccountIf you have an HSA and you are changing your coverage from You + 1 (or more) to You Only, ensure you don’t contribute over the IRS limit. Review your contribution on My Benefits. |
