If you have an update to your dependent information, please contact the Benefits Center 1-800-622-5501 or 718-354-1344 (international callers), 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time, Monday – Friday.
Visit Workday to update your personal information in the system. Your information will be sent to The Benefits Center and updated on your personal profile.
You and your covered dependents will have coverage under the ConocoPhillips Global Benefits Plan. This will include medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits. You should enroll all covered dependents in the ConocoPhillips Global Benefits Plan whether they accompany you on your international assignment or not.

Yes; however, we highly recommend you enroll your dependents when you first begin your international assignment. This will ensure they have coverage. Our global health provider can only allow enrollments up to 90 days upon request. This means that your dependents could have a lapse in coverage.
After your assignment start date, you will have 30 days to review elections. If you wish to decline Cigna Global Health Plan coverage at the start of your assignment, you will need to visit My Benefits and manually drop the coverage within the first 30 days of your assignment. If you wish to enroll in the Cigna Global Health Plan at a later date, you may only do so during the U.S. Annual Benefits Enrollment timeframe or if you experience a life event that warrants a change in coverage (i.e., Lose coverage elsewhere, gain a new dependent, etc.).
