Retiree Dental with UnitedHealthcare

ConocoPhillips retirees eligible for retiree medical insurance will have access to a group retiree dental program administered by UnitedHealthcare®. This is an access only program, and retirees will pay the entire cost.

First-time enrollments, disenrollment, and billing or additional information to request an enrollment kit: Please contact 800-622-6388 and select option 4.

Existing members: If you have coverage questions, please call 800-996-7563 TTY 711, from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. CT, Monday-Friday. For all other questions, please contact 800-622-6388 and select option 4.

You may enroll in retiree dental at any time throughout the year. However, please review the 2026 changes regarding retiree dental in the Pre-65 Retiree Annual Enrollment guide.
