Retiree Dental with UnitedHealthcare
After employment ends, ConocoPhillips retirees eligible for retiree medical insurance will have access to a group retiree dental program administered by UnitedHealthcare®. This is an access only program, and retirees will pay the entire cost.
Note: There is not a retiree vision option available. You can continue vision benefits through COBRA continuation coverage, purchase a plan from a vision provider such as VSP, or visit the Health Insurance Marketplace®.
Key Things to Know
For full plan details, review the ConocoPhillips Retiree Benefits Handbook.
- Effective Jan. 1, 2026, you have one opportunity to enroll yourself and/or your eligible dependents into the Retiree Dental options when first eligible unless you enroll in COBRA continuation coverage following your employment termination. After COBRA continuation coverage terminates, you will have one opportunity to enroll in the Retiree Dental plan options.
- If you or your eligible dependent drops coverage after your retiree dental enrollment, you and your eligible dependents will not be able to re-enroll at a later date.
