The health and well-being of our employees and their families is a priority, and we understand that busy schedules can make it difficult to schedule care. The ConocoPhillips The Well Onsite Medical Clinic Employee Plan provides access to a full-service primary care clinic. Active, regular full-time or part-time employees and their dependents are eligible to utilize the clinic at the Plan’s fixed rates. Coverage through COBRA may be available in the event you lose your coverage as an active employee.

What Does It Cost?

Below is a summary of common services performed at the clinic and your costs.

Any amounts you pay will be counted towards your deductible and annual-out-of-pocket maximums. If you are enrolled in the ConocoPhillips Medical Plan, the clinic will file your claim with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas.  If you are not enrolled in the ConocoPhillips Medical Plan, you may use the clinic at the fixed rates, however, The Well will not file your claim with other insurance.

What Services Are Performed In The Onsite Clinic?

The clinic services are provided by onsite Midland Health personnel and staffed by a licensed medical professional.

Examples of services provided are:

Preventive medical care (wellness)	Well Woman exams	Routine immunizations
Urgent care (same-day acute issues)	Chronic disease management	Allergy injection
Annual physicals	Blood pressure checks	Specialist referrals

ConocoPhillips patients will receive expanded services, including:

• "Concierge services" for ConocoPhillips employees within the Midland Memorial Hospital system who are seen and referred for outpatient procedures and admissions during regular clinic hours.
• A faster, smoother experience at Midland Health facilities.
• Expedited registration for patients referred to specialists in neurology, pulmonology, ENT/allergy and lifestyle medicine.
