The health and well-being of our employees and their families is a priority, and we understand that busy schedules can make it difficult to schedule care. The ConocoPhillips Houston Onsite Medical Clinic Employee Plan provides access to a full-service primary care clinic. Active, regular full-time or part-time employees, former employees, and their dependents are eligible to utilize the clinic at the Plan’s fixed rates.
What does it cost?
Below is a summary of common services performed at the clinic and your costs.

Any amounts you pay will be counted towards your deductible and annual-out-of-pocket maximums. The clinic will file your claim with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas if you’re covered under the ConocoPhillips Medical Plan.

The clinic services are provided by onsite Memorial Hermann personnel and staffed by a licensed medical professional.
