​The HDHP Base, HDHP and PPO medical options cover a wide range of medically necessary services and supplies, including medical, preventive care, mental health/substance abuse and prescription drug coverage. Click on the Benefits Highlights and Rates document for each medical option to view the monthly costs.

2018 Annual Benefits Enrollment Resources
No changes to the medical options, annual deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums for the 2018 plan year. You continue to have two HDHP options and one PPO option. Take time to evaluate which option is right for you.
