Financial Assistance

U.S. Dependent Scholarship Program
ConocoPhillips provides financial assistance to support employees through a variety of life events including tuition reimbursement to attain a college degree, scholarship funding for dependents, and financial aid to adopt a child. Employee involvement in local charitable activities is also supported through our U.S. Matching Gift and U.S. Volunteer Grant programs.

U.S. Dependent Scholarship Program

The ConocoPhillips U.S. Dependent Scholarship Program was created to provide a fund from which college or university scholarships may be made to dependent children of eligible ConocoPhillips employees and retirees.

Applications must be submitted online at Scholarship America between January and February of the student's senior year of high school. All applications are judged by an external panel based on academic achievement and financial need. The program is conducted annually and administered by Scholarship America, Inc.
