- Using MDLIVE can help you save time and money on medical care for short-term medical issues such as allergies, colds, flu, ear infections and sinus problems. You can speak to a doctor in minutes via phone or video. MDLIVE does not require medical records prior to a consultation. - Licensed psychiatrists are available through a video chat service. If you need medication to deal with depression, anxiety or other mental health conditions, it’s recommended that you work with a psychiatrist. Network psychiatrists are covered under the company's medical plan and visits with them are treated the same as visiting a network doctor. Also, if you need help with family, personal issues, mild depress or anxiety, EAP offers counseling sessions at no cost.
