Family Changes


If you get married or enter in to a domestic partnership, you may enroll, change or cancel your medical, dental and/or vision coverage if you notify the Benefits Center within 30 calendar days of the event. Otherwise, you will not be able to make a change until the next Annual Benefits Enrollment period or a future qualified change-in-status event.

Call the Benefits Center at 800-622-5501 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday or access YBR to make the request online.

You will be required to submit documentation to verify that your dependents are eligible. Failure to provide verifying proof of dependent eligibility will delay the dependent’s coverage under the Plan and can result in the dependent’s loss of coverage.
