Retiree Medical COBRA
If ConocoPhillips pre-age 65 retiree medical coverage ends due to a qualifying event, you and/or your covered dependents may be eligible to continue pre-age 65 retiree medical coverage through the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) at the rates below. You must enroll in COBRA within 60 days of coverage ending and your COBRA effective date will be retroactive to when your pre-age 65 retiree medical coverage terminated.
