EAP support

The EAP offers employees and eligible dependents up to eight sessions of EAP counseling  per issue, per year, per family member. These sessions are available at no cost to you, and are confidential, with a short-term solution-focused approach.

You do not need to enroll to get access to the EAP – you’re automatically enrolled from your first day of employment. It’s completely voluntary; you decide if and when you need it.

The EAP can help with:

  • Couples/personal relationship issues.
  • Parenting and family issues.
  • Addiction and recovery.
  • Balancing work and family.
  • Depression and anxiety.
  • Problems at work.
  • Coping with illness.
  • Grief and loss.

When you call Concern Health, request a referral and authorization. Do this before you see a counselor, or the EAP won’t be able to pay for the services. Your benefit gives you and each eligible dependent up to eight face-to-face or video counseling sessions with an experienced provider in your area, per issue, per year.

The EAP is administered by Concern Health. To get help, call 800-344-4222. They’re available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to connect you with qualified help in your area. Company Code: ConocoPhillips
