Current Savings Plan Highlights

  • Employees must contribute at least 1% of eligible pay each pay period to receive a 6% company match with a potential 0%-6% company discretionary contribution, which will be based on factors such as company performance and market conditions.
  • Employees may contribute up to 75% of eligible pay on a before-tax, after-tax or Roth after-tax basis.
  • Plan participants are immediately 100% vested in all individual contributions.
  • Generally, all active employees on the direct U.S.-dollar payroll of a ConocoPhillips company that offers this plan are immediately eligible to participate.
  • Wide range of investment funds to choose from for individual and employer contributions.
