If you can’t work because of a disability, illness or injury that’s not related to your job you may receive sick pay from the Short-Term Disability (STD) Plan. This may include absence during or following a pregnancy.
STD benefits begin the first day of your absence as long as you notify your supervisor within 24 hours of your first absence and submit an Employee Health Report (EHR) no later than your seventh consecutive calendar day of absence. Read more about STD benefits.
If your leave of absence is due to an occupational injury or illness reference the U.S. Occupational Injury and Illness Supplemental Pay Policy.
You may utilize Family Medical Leave concurrently with STD. This unpaid leave provides job protection if you are unable to work in order to care for yourself or a family member with a serious health condition.
ConocoPhillips provides a variety of paid and unpaid time off policies to support your needs and to help balance your life/work priorities.
