U.S. Expatriates

U.S. Expatriates



Once your Expatriate assignment begins you and your current covered dependents will automatically be enrolled in coverage with Cigna Global within 7 to 10 business days of your assignment start date. You should receive an email from the Benefits Center notifying you that your benefits have changed. At that time, you will have 30 days to make changes to your coverage in regards to adding dependents, dropping dependents, or making any additional changes. ID Cards

Cigna Global ID cards will not be available until after your assignment start date. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for Cigna Global to receive your enrollment information.
You may print off your ID card:

  • Log on to Cigna Global with your member number (sent by email) to register.
  • Once you have registered you can print off a temporary card.
  • Your card will cover you and all your dependents.
  • Cigna Global will mail your permanent ID cards to your home address reflected in the ConocoPhillips system. You may order cards for different addresses online or by calling Cigna.

Note: If medical or dental care is needed before your Cigna Global ID card is available, contact the Cigna Global Service Center.
