Benefit Plan Summary Annual Reports (SARs)
Each year, ConocoPhillips is required by law to make SARs available to its benefit plan participants and surviving beneficiaries with an interest in the plans. The report contains financial information about each plan, including such things as contributions to each plan and the value of each plan’s assets.

This is a legally-required notice; no action is required. Your receipt or review of this SARs does not mean you are eligible for, or participating in, these benefit plans. You must first meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Summary Plan Description (SPD) or updated Summary of Material Modification (SMM) for each Plan, and for insurance benefits, you must be enrolled.
