Online Service will speed delivery of your W-2

ConocoPhillips is offering a service that will provide W-2 statements online to all U.S. paid employees and former employees.  Individuals who consent to receive their W-2 online will be able to access the statement before it has time to reach your mail box.

• Participation is optional.
• You can consent to receive your statement electronically by accessing The Work Number® website at www.theworknumber.com and then by clicking on 'Enter Employee Section.'
• Withdrawal of your consent can be done at any time.
• If you have already consented, you will not need to re-consent. However, you may want to check the Web site to confirm your information is up-to-date.

How to sign up to receive your W-2 online

1. Go to http://www.theworknumber.com.
2. Click on ‘Enter Employee Section’
3. Enter the ConocoPhillips Employer Code 11926 in the upper right side yellow box.
4. Click on ‘Go’
5. Enter your 8 digit U.S. Employee number (6 digit number plus 2 leading zeros) and PIN (last four digits of your SSN, your two-digit birth day and two-digit birth year).
6. Click on ‘Continue’
7. The system will ask you to change your PIN the first time you login
8. From ‘Your Other Services’ ‘ W-2 eXpress’ click on ‘Go There Now’
9. Remember to enroll in the automatic PIN reset process in case you forget your new PIN
10. Click on ‘Consent for online delivery’
11. Read the disclosure and then click on “Test Now”. If you were not able to view the test W-2, download the most recent version of  Adobe Acrobat Reader, as prompted
12. If you do see the Test W-2, close the window and select ‘I saw the Test W-2’
13. Complete the Consent Form

• Primary (and secondary) e-mail address
• Mailing address
• Home / Work phone number (10-digit numeric only, i.e., 9186614886)

14. Click ‘Continue’
15. Print receipt
16. Click on ‘Log Out’ and be sure to close the window browser

Your W-2 will be posted on a secure Web site on January 22, 2008, before you would normally receive it in your mailbox.  You will receive notification when your online W-2 is available, along with instructions for retrieval.  You will also receive a confirmation e-mail when you enroll for online delivery as well as confirmations of any changes you make to your contact information.

Consenting to receive online delivery of your W-2 means that with this option, you will not receive a copy of your W-2 in the mail.
