Scholarship Recipients

The application process for the 2008 Dependent Scholarship Program has closed.  Winners were announced May 9, 2008.

Progress Report (74KB .PDF) - Once awarded a scholarship, recipients are required to submit a progress report at the close of each school year. FAILURE TO SUBMIT PROMPT AND COMPLETE REPORTS WILL CAUSE THE SCHOLARSHIP TO BE CANCELLED. One copy of this report must be completed and forwarded to the Director of Dependent Scholarships, ConocoPhillips Dependent Scholarship Program, 623 IC Bldg., Bartlesville, OK, 74004.
