To enroll in the ConocoPhillips Savings Plan, make fund allocation changes or change the amount deducted as deposits from your paycheck, you need to contact Vanguard.   

Enroll Online

Logon to www.vanguard.com to enroll. You will need your Social Security Number (SSN). if you have not previously registered for online access, you will need:

• Your Social Security number;
• ConocoPhillips Savings Plan number 093117;
• Birth date; and
• ZIP code.

You can also access Vanguard through HR Express.

Telephone Enrollment

• Call the VOICE Network, Vanguard's 24-hour automated service, at 800-523-1188, or
• Call a Vanguard Participant Services associate at the same toll-free number weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Central time.

To use VOICE, you will need your personal identification number (PIN) and your Social Security number or employee id number preceded by 999. If you need a PIN, call a Vanguard associate.
