How the Aetna DMO Insurance Plan Works

Step #1 - Select a Primary Care Dentist (PCD)

Your PCD is the dentist you choose to manage your overall dental care.

  • To select a PCD, go to your custom ConocoPhillips DocFind® or call member services at 1-877-238-6200 to request a paper directory..
  • Each covered family member may select his or her own PCD.

Step #2 - Visit Your PCD

  • Show your member ID card when you visit your PCD for covered services.
  • You will pay a copay (a flat dollar amount or a percentage of covered expenses) at the time of service.
  • There are no deductibles, no dollar annual maximums and no claim forms to submit.
  • Your participating dentist will submit your claims for you.
  • If you need specialty care, your PCD will provide a referral. (No referral is needed for orthodontic coverage.)
